We provide reliable customer service to meet your expectations and all our equipment rates are affordable. We are flexible and provide a quick response to your needs including delivery direct to your door. |

| Q. How do I book equipment? |
| A.If you want to book equipment please call or email us. We will advise you on the kit and take down your location address and telephone number. We will then confirm your booking by email. |

| Q. Can I cancel my booking? |
| A. Yes you can cancel at any time however we do ask you contact us as soon as you know of a change. |

| Q. Why do I need to show ID? |
| A. ID is required to prevent Criminal activity |

| Q. What type of ID is required? |
A. 2 forms are needed, Personal and Address verification. The following is a list of suitable forms (Personal) Photo Driving Licence or Passport (Address) Utility Bill: Gas / Electric / BT / Water / Council Tax. We will also take a photo of you if you are a first time client. |

| Q. Why do I need to pay a deposit? |
| A. A deposit is taken for security against part of the value of goods. Deposits are returned in full if all the equipment is returned in the same condition as it was received in. |

| Q. How can I pay? |
| A. At present we accept cash or bank transfer. Kit Hire doesn't accept credit cards and cheques can be cancelled. Regular clients and companies can pay by cheque. |

| Q. Do you deliver hire equipment? |
| A. Yes we deliver within London and the M25. A Delivery fee of £25 is added to your bill and for this we will drop off the equipment the night before the shoot and re-collect on the last night of the hire period. |

| Q. Does hire equipment come with an operator? |
| A. No. but for an additional fee an operator can be provided. |
| |
| Q. Is the equipment insured against loss, theft or damage? |
| A. No. Kit Hire doesn't provide this. We prefer you have Insurance with Performance Insurance or alternative Insurance company. |

| Q. Are discounts available? |
| A. Yes. If you are a member of Shooting People, Talent Circle or Mandy you can receive 15% discount on hire periods 3 days and over. Also if you hire for 1 week this is charged at around 5 days or less for a 7 day hire period. This discount is calculated already in the Hire section. |

| Q. I'm based outside London and the M25 do you still deliver and collect? |
| A. Yes but this would cost more then the £25 delivery charge. Call for details. |

| Q. What cameras work with the SGPRO adapter? |
| A. All cameras will work with this adapter, but please let us know what camera you intend to use as we can provide a necessary step ring. |
